-n doesn't honor static version numbers in pulledpork.conf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set rule_url to 
rule_url=http://www.snort.org/reg-rules/|snortrules-snapshot-2900.tar.gz|<oinkco
de>
2. pulledpork -c pulledpork.conf <successful run>
3. pulledpork -c pulledpork.conf -n <tries to use the snort -V number to find 
the tar.gz file instead of the hardcoded one>

This is not the correct way to specify a static version.  This should be done 
using the pulledpork.conf variable "snort".  I am marking this as invalid, let 
me know if setting the snort= value to what you need doesn't work.
