Pass a logging directory to Snort for stub rule creation #94

When pulledpork is creating the stub rules for the Shared Object rules, if 
/var/log/snort does not exist, Snort's stub rule creation function will not 
work, however, pulledpork will continue on as if nothing happened.

We need a way to pass a logging direction to Snort when the stub rule creation 
function is called.
