Move away from node-waf to node-gyp. #9

Hey, it would be wise to move to node-gyp as well, since node-waf is being deprecated.

https://github.com/GulinSS/protobuf This fork uses gyp and compiles on Windows, but he needs help to get it working on Linux and Mac, maybe you could take a look?
