Dependency updates

Update AlamoFire to latest version
Add validate method to AF requests
Remove ObjectMapper in favor of Decodable API
Replace reponseObject with responseDecodable
Convert modal classes to structs
Convert vars to lets for properties in model structs
Make sure SwiftPackageManager build works
