Vast majority of songs silent? #13

Just as the title says, when I play most of these MIDI files after unzipping the tar, they have no sound.

Looking a bit deeper into most of these MIDI files, I could notice that the notes and tracks looks all fine, but their velocity values are low enough to not being able to hear anything most of times. I have no idea how every score was captured, but clearly it's an issue involving the notes' velocity. You can try converting from other formats (.vgm maybe) to MIDI and see if it works.
