Build a command-line tool #2

If we add another target, we could build a command-line tool (for use in Makefiles etc.)

Would you add the command line target to this project (despite the "GUI" name)? Or would it be better to add it to literate-swift?

I think literate swift should be a library... We can add it here, maybe? And then rename it?
