Make pomo.tv buildable again #123

This PR re-enables building pomo.tv and brings the following additional features:

upgrade to Middleman 4
upgrade to lunr 2.0.3 (via a CDN, since Asset Pipelines are not supported anymore on Middleman 4)

Wow, this looks amazing, thanks @viteinfinite ! I'm currently making sure ruby and everything is up to date on my machine also... so I can test this.

You're more than welcome @chriseidhof ! Does the release get automatically deployed to gh-pages? Anyway, I'm happy pomo.tv is still up and running! I'll try adding more content in the next weeks :)

Ah, there's probably a missing / obsolete deploy key :)
