IndexOutOfBoundsException while specifying alternate branch/tag if SVN location not found #105

1. Delete a project from SVN. For example, if
http://myserver/myproject/trunk is your working copy, get rid of the
http://myserver/myproject folder.
2. Do a manual build, and specify "Build from alternate branch/tag". Select
the project you deleted from SVN.

We get the message "An unexpected error occurred." It would be nice to see
an informative error, perhaps "The path /myserver/myproject does not exist
in the head revision of the repository."

I think i'm running Vulcan version 403, although I couldn't locate the
version number.
