Subversion authentication does not work #125

The Subversion plugin does not provide credentials to the repository even
when specified.  This results in the following error message:

The repository adaptor encountered an error:  svn: Authentication required
for '<http://svn.foolhq.com:80> Motley Fool Subversion Repository'
