Subvsersion sparse checkout support #133

Add configuration support for Subversion 1.5 sparse checkout support.  The 
UI should allow a user to specify the checkout depth of the root directory 
and configure subdirectories each with a specified checkout depth.

r579: Implemented feature.  The UI is somewhat tedious when there are many 
directories to configure.
