Build history report should include metrics

Users should be allowed to select custom metrics to include in a build
history report from a list of available metrics.

In addition to showing metrics dynamically, the following columns should also be
included:

-Elapsed time
-Build user/scheduler
-Build mode (full/incremental)
-Build directory
-Num errors
-Num warnings
-Num commits

Counts for errors, warnings and commits are not available and would degrade
performance to obtain.
