Ajax handlers fail on redirect to SSL #156

If the security configuration for Vulcan requires SSL for protected pages,
clicking a link such as the ones to pause a scheduler will fail when the
user is not currently using SSL.

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago 
r677 fixes this issue for IE 8 and Firefox.  Safari still does not work 
properly.
