"Previous build" link doesn't link to previous build

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait until a project is building
2. Open project summary page
3. Click the "< Prev" link 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Navigate to summary of previous build of same project
Actual: Reloads summary of current build of same project

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vulcan 0.9.0.677

This is a side effect of Issue 146.  If 2 build results use the same build 
number,
the "prev" link will link to the previous build that has the same build number 
as the
current, so the link will always come back to the same build.

Closing as duplicate.
