Optionally show metrics on dashboard #161

Allow the user to select which columns to display on the dashboard.  The
options should include custom metrics.  If the user chooses custom columns,
the settings should be saved in their preferences cookie.

It would be nice if the user could also choose the order that the columns
are displayed in.
