Remember selected columns on build history report #162

The build history report allows the user to select and de-select columns to
show in the build history report table.  The settings should be remembered
in the users preferences cookie.  Subsequent reports should render using
the last used settings.

Additionally, "select all" and "select none" links would be helpful.
