Delete multiple projects at once #93

Add a convenience form to the setup area allowing multiple projects to be
deleted in one fell swoop.

Also, when projects have other projects that depend on them, provide some means 
of
allowing the user to select those projects for deletion as well.  When more 
than one
project depends on a doomed project, report all of them at once.
