Maven plugin broken on Maven-2.0.6 #96

Maven-2.0.6 changed the layout of their installation directory such that
there is no longer a "core/boot" directory, but simply a "boot" directory.

Vulcan does not handle this case and incorrectly concludes that the maven
home is invalid.

Fixed in r383.  The m2.conf file also changed in maven-2.0.6.
