Can be forced to run by setting steam launch options to:

MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.2c MESA_GLSL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=150

Lots of shader issues, though.

Lighting doesnt work right
Healthbars are very dim
Opening screens are messed up (every second frame is solid green; some broken purple text rendering in topleft)

Apparently this is all caused by busted use of dual source blending modes. If you disable it [in driconf] the game renders correctly.
