If the new clip kernel is to support pre-DevCTG (no separate NEGW outcode), then we would need to provide gl_ClipVertex so the clipping tests can be redone.
Above comment is nonsense. If the clip distances are provided in the VUE, there's nothing to redo on seeing BAD objects.
