Added 'sudo' to the install command #16

Some people don't have the permissions to write in the ruby folder, adding sudo may clean up some confusion.

Hey @iColtonAnglin! Thanks for your suggestion! :smile: However, I would prefer to put this on a 'Common problems' section, since it is not 'very correct' to use sudo install gem xx.

What do you think?
