  1. Add RSS feed using the plugin: https://www.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/rss/

  2. Use MailChimp or Buttondown to create an email message from recent posts added to the RSS feed.

Buttondown is free for up to 100 subscribers. May need to migrate or pay $ if we get to 100+ but seems like a simple place to start for now.
