Added Hunter role #39

  1. Added a !shoot command that only works if a hunter is killed.
  2. When a hunter is killed either during the day by voting or at night by wolves or the witch's poison, a message will show in the game channel to prompt the hunter to kill someone.
  3. Day or Night will not end until the Hunter has made a decision.
