Continue as restart from downstream then from upstream fails #46

if the flow goes .... chooser 1 ... chooser 2 ... and you

run all the way through
proceed as restart from chooser 2
proceed as restart from chooser 1 it goes to the AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'shape' generally a sign that the chooser has returned None.

Looks like chooser 1 is loosing it's stash when you restart from chooser 2 (and chooser 1 has presumably been pruned)
