Restart no longer works even with the default workflow #92

Issue: The preview chooser works as expected in the first pass, but it raises an error when trying to pick a different image and restart from the middle

Expected behaviour: The workflow should restart from the preview chooser, as it did before

Thanks for this, I was just about to post the same issue. Last night I went back to using commit 00f2b74 from March 12 which didn't trigger the error.
