@valentine195 (#3) and @geoffreysflaminglasersword (#4) did both of their extensive improvements at the same time, while I could resolve the merge conflicts, css snippets are currently bisected according to the old logic, and plugins are bisected with the new logic by @geoffreysflaminglasersword.
Before the next release, the css snippets bisection should be updated to the new logic, as inconsistent bisection mechanics would confuse users.
