Using 2 (or more) paired-end libraries together #23

Hi Christoph, Is it possible to use two or more Illumina libraries (with different insert sizes) as inputs to a single MITObim run? In the MIRA manifest, I can indeed specify multiple libraries to be mapped to a reference assembly, while using the different readgroup name but the same strain name. However, in the MITObim command-line parameters, it seems that only one library can be specified via the -readpool and -sample options. Is there a way to use multiple libraries? Thanks, -Amit.

Did you figure this out? I'm interested too.

Not yet cslamo :(

I'm also interested in this option. Moreover, I'm interested in using not only PE libraries, but also MATE pair libraries with different insert sizes. Any news?
