WHAT IS WRONG: The controls in Add Gear look like they are from Windows 98.

HOW SHOULD IT BE: Some CSS should be applied.

The buttons are fixed, but the input file type is still looking bad.

These are the default controls. It is the same in the other browsers, IE is just more ugly. We should have a custom design, until we have that this is not an issue.
