Not responsive enough top bar in iOS #270

WHAT IS WRONG: The top bar in the mobile version of Add Gear is not very responsive in iOS Chrome and iOS Safari. Maybe it's position is getting updated with JS and this is causing the lag.

HOW SHOULD IT BE: It should be fixed to the top.

Can't reproduce anymore. I think it was solved around the time we started to use webpack.
