Add gear/technician/van availability hint column missing #300

DESCRIPTION: The set availability should have a left column with help info in the same way as the other views in the add gear flow. This also goes for add technician profile and add vans. INSTRUCTIONS: Implement in the exact same way as for the other add gear views.
