After failed image upload, nothing happens on following uploads #304

DESCRIPTION: In add gear/vans at the image upload step it is not possible to upload images after a first attempt failed. Test this case for edit gear/vans as well. HOW TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Add gear.
  2. As an image upload an image larger than 4MB to make the upload fail
  3. Try to upload another image.
  4. Notice that no throbber appears and nothing happens.

Couldn't reproduce on any of my browsers, it might have been solved.
