Add printing support. #4

Then, we can print to PDF printer and publish the PDF to slideshare.com.

I checked this feature on Windows8 (x64) IE10, Firefox20, and Google Chrome26. Please remember we should change printing settings on browser for fine printing, background image printing to enable, and no page header/footer, and no margin.
