Hash of URL indicate current slide index, and when hash of URL changed then show the slide which specified by hash. > This is convenient to reload but not chnge current page index at mobile device which is hard to enter space key becuse these devices has not keyboard default.
'Slide n of m' change from static text to drop down list.
PowerPoint compatible keyboard shortcut: press some numeric key and enter, for example, '2','1',[Enter], then show the slide page 21.

This is sensitive change, I think. Especially, the changing 'Slide n of m' static text to drop down list is effected look & feel on original edition.

Yes, you can feel free to turn down this pull request anyway. I don't mind :)

Or, if you like a part of feature in this pull request, I would like to know what is that. I'll restruct this pull request to fit your request.

Rather than all these change requests, i'm happy to change my repo to simply be a link to your github fork, and tell people they should just look at your code, if you like?
