OSX 10.4 is outdated and has marginal market share according to this:
http://www.statowl.com/operating_system_market_share_by_os_version.php?1=1&timef
rame=last_6&interval=month&chart_id=4&fltr_br=&fltr_os=&fltr_se=&fltr_cn=&limit[

You can post a link to your build here. Maybe it will be useful for someone.

Yeah, I agree that Tiger is pretty badly outdated (I only use it 'cause I
must), but it's nice to have anyway.

Thank you for helping to support a legacy OS! I myself am using a 12"
PowerBook, last generation with Tiger and have found my ways to make this
system as usable as possible and so far it has worked out pretty fantastic. I'm
always looking for new stuff for 10.4 and this seems like a thing I'd want to
have, except it's compiled for Intel hardware. Could you please be so kind as
to make a version for PPC as well? That'd really help a lot.

I don't actually have a PPC computer and no idea how to cross-compile. You
could do what I did, ie. download and install Lazarus, and use that to compile
it. http://wiki.freepascal.org/Installing_Lazarus_on_MacOS_X . Or, when I get
to my Mac at home, I'll try to make a "fat binary" that you can use.

Sorry for the delay. Here it is, transgui 4.1 Universal. It's on Dropbox,
because it's too big to upload here http://db.tt/ce2k67YD
