Tranmission Parameters have to be set every time on device restart #828

After device restart the Transmission Parameters, like Speed Limit, are reset 
to the default values, and you need to set them again, till next restart. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5.01, OS - Windows

Please provide any additional information below.

sounds like a problem with your daemon setup or a permission problem, not with 
the GUI. Maybe try https://forum.transmissionbt.com/index.php
