Timed out response when selecting large tasks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up two or three jobs/torrents
2. Let them download about 50%
3. Select all and try to deleted and removed data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal operations. Instead I see timing out and when accessing Transmission 
over web interface, that too has timed out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to happen any time I work with multiple jobs or large data. While I 
can recreate it as described above, it will happen inevitably any time I make 
adjustments to current download tasks.

Did you modify your settings.json?

I've seen similar behavior when amending the cache to a number that's too high 
for your device.

this bug open now for six years!

I patched some fixes for this here but it's not for everything, so I don't know 
if my patched daemon helps your setup. If you try it let me know if it's better.
