Can we make the OS X version use "app nap"? #853

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have transmisson-remote-gui running in background without window visible.
2. Check CPU use.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would be nice if app could be "napped" if not in foreground or visible in 
background. Right now window is completely hidden yet CPU use is 2-10%. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 5.0.1 on OS X 10.9.5.
