Update `scrape.py` & `load_courses.py` to include professors

• Modify scrape and load_courses scripts to get Professor's and assign them to courses.

• Adjust scrape.py to also scrape for the professor name and generate a CSV
• Adjust load_courses.py to assign professors to created courses.
• Implement logic to load_courses.py where more than one professor can be assigned to a course

Nice is issue is very key to our app, thank you @angadb27 for logging it
