Setlist loading issue #26

Look into it using Dennis Kim's account.

The issue is that the setlist name has slashes, so the PDF file name becomes:

http://psalted.com/groups/trademark-lg/lg-12815/lg-1/28/15.pdf

Which is invalid because the path contains slashes.
