Steven and Simon become earrape #32

When I use the Simon and Steven voices when I put in to exclamation points (!) They become earrape on Oddcast/Voki voices. Please fix. Also, can you add Microsoft David voices?

This is unfortunate but I have no control over what Oddcast is doing with their voices so it's not something I can fix.

As for Microsoft David I would like to add this voice but I'm not aware if this voice is available online somewhere currently. I got the impression it's built into the Windows operating system, and as my server runs on Linux it's not something I can make use of. I'll have a look if there's anything available for it though.

Microsoft David is a MS Speech Platform voice that can only be installed and used locally on a Windows Desktop or Server system, so no, it can't simply be "added".
