Another obscure edge case with automation #522

Hey Adrian. Creating this as a tracking issue. Just encountered the air conditioning being turned on when it shouldn't have been. Will email you logs again.

Long story short my automation to set the Nest to 81 cool, first set it to 73 cool, which triggered the AC turning on
