iOS 16 Home Screen Widget displaying in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit #566

When I add a widget to my home screen in iOS 16 containing my Climate info from the Home app, my Nest temperature is displaying in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. It displays correctly in Fahrenheit in the Home app, but incorrectly in the home screen widget.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a home screen Widget in iOS 16 containing "Home" info, "Climate" type with a Nest thermostat active in Homebridge.

Expected Behavior The widget, like the Home app, should display information in the temperature format determined by the settings on the device itself. In my case, my iPhone 13 is set to display temperature in degrees Fahrenheit.

Include with your bug report this version info: node [v16.14.2] OS | Raspbian homebridge [v1.5.0]

See Photos of the Home Screen Widget displaying my Nest temp (Red Arrow) in Celsius, but my outdoor Weather temp in Fahrenheit (Green Arrow), and the screen shot of the Home app in Fahrenheit.

Hi @Natalie-321 - unfortunately I don't have any control over the Home app or Lock Screen UI. The temperature units should match your iPhone's system settings in General / Language & Region. If they do not, please file a bug report with Apple.
