Enforce thermostat lock temperature range #583

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It’s frustrating that someone can use HomeKit to set a temperature outside the allowable range when the thermostat is locked.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like HomeKit control access to a Nest thermostat to be limited to the same temperature range allowed when the physical thermostat is in lock mode.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatively confit file options for maximum heat temperature and a minimum allowable cool temperature.

Additionally allowing locking residents to locked mode limits would be great.

Additional context While the thermostat is locked I found the roomie using Siri on a HomePod to set a an insanely high temperature. I’d like to not have to remove the control from HomeKit (and he’s a bit untrustworthy wrt simply requesting that he keep it reasonable.
