Alert on authentication failure #649

I'm using homebridge-nest to read the status of my Nest Protect Fire Alarms. I'm reading this data back from the API of HomeBridge. I'm using this data to generate a Fire Alarm message to myself, but also the Alarm Control Room. Today I found out this wasn't working do to an authentication failure I saw on the log. Is there a way to get an alert for this? Throught the API? Or ead the logs somehow from disk on the server?
