live android0.2.0 boot fails at splash screen on Acer Aspire One #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. boot Andoidlive 0.2  from USB CD drive
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
freezes at boot splash screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2 live CD  boot

Please provide any additional information below.

Also failed on my old desk top. No other live CD's have failed.

my freeze on logo, I have to change sysconfig file the kernel ubnkern to KERNEL 
and
ubninit to RAMDISK, and it boots but freeze on android logo screen.

Made/burned live-cd Android v0.3 for windows; boots up and gets stuck on the 
first logo display; i have Acer Aspire 5755-6699 laptop. What can i do next?
