Very basic info screen. We probably should find more to put on this but I figured I should commit it so it's there. It is easy to add more.

Could we use a higher resolution version of the info icon?

@kubasub pull this branch and let me know if the icon still looks fuzzy on your device. I included a 2x resolution icon in the xhdpi folder.
