I've done my best to merge the two histories into a singe branch on my fork:

I wonder if it would be best to use vim-tomorrow-theme as the "canonical" repo, with tomorrow-theme using it as a subtree? Or vice-versa if possible. @chriskempson

@jsit I'm not too interested in moving this theme forwards as it has been superseded by base16 and this repo is now deprecated. I've only left this here for people who might be referencing it in something like a Vundle setup and are happy using tomorrow theme in its current state.
