Add a necessary first step to instructions. #4

I came straight to this repo to try out the Gooey examples, and followed the instructions on the repo only to run into an ImportError because I had not yet installed the Gooey package.

This README change might make things clearer.

In this case you might also want to add a note about the requirements regarding wxPython that have to be installed
