Improve or remove help state for testing #44

Currently, the help state is an empty screen with a button to return you to the menu. If anyone clicks it, it looks incredibly unpolished. Even just a few words of instruction thrown in there would make it look like we didn't just forget about it. (Adding the nicer looking background might help too.)
