Windows 10: Notifications not working.

I installed the latest version (0.7.1) and notifications are not working. I checked to see if the option was turned on, and it is.

~~+1 for this. Tray icon had a badge but no notification received.~~

Edit: ~~To be clear, no windows 10 push notif is received. But there's a sound alert.~~

My bad, had quiet hours turned to priority only.

I'm not seeing any notifications either.
