Portable version automatically installs non-portable update without user's consent. #219

After launching portable v3.0.0 it showed popup saying that new version is available and will be installed upon exit the application. Upon exit it installed a new v3.1.0 into %appdata% directory.

The user doesn't have any control neither over weather they want or not install new version nor where install it to.

This is PC, not mobile, the user must be in control, not the app!
